Problems with your new DAIO™ ?
Every DAIO™ is designed and manufactured to the highest standards and all items quality checked before leaving our warehouse.

If you believe any component parts are missing from your DAIO™ please contact us first and we will do whatever we can to replace the missing item.
If for any reason you need to return your DAIO™ we will make sure the process is as simple and straightforward as possible.
If you have any questions or queries about your DAIO™ then please do get in touch. You can do so either by email to email@example.com, by phone on 01423 868313 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or by completing the form on our Contact page.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your DAIO™ we will refund you in full, providing you return the product to us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Our Returns Process…
1. You can contact us by any one of three ways to let us know you’d like to return your DAIO™
i) By email to firstname.lastname@example.org and stating DAIO RETURN in the Subject Line. Within your email please include your name, address and Order No.
ii) By phone on 01423 868313 between 9am and 5pm – Monday to Friday
iii) By completing the form on our Contact page. As well as your name and email, please include your address and Order No.
We will then issue you a Return Form and a Return Reference Number (RRN).
2. Complete the Return Form and send it back with your DAIO™ within 30 working days of receiving your item. Our address is provided on the Return Form, the bottom of this page, and on the Contact page of our website.
3. Upon receipt of your DAIO™ we will issue your refund to your Debit or Credit Card within 3 working days.
The package must be returned within the specified 30 day return period. Returns received over 40 working days later than the date the item was received by the customer may not be accepted.
Returns without an enclosed Return Form and RRN cannot be processed because we won’t have your details for the refund.
All items returned must be unmarked and undamaged. Please ensure that your DAIO™ is returned in the full original packaging and either its original delivery sleeve or a sealed cardboard box, to keep it in good condition.
We recommend you use registered or special delivery postage when returning any products as we cannot be held responsible for missing items.
